How long does it take to get my order?

Every pair is made to order just for you, so your order needs production time before it ships. Most orders ship within about 8 to 10 business days, and total delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Nothing is pre-stocked — we start crafting your item after you order.

What happens if my shoes don't fit?

If your shoes don't fit, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a FREE size replacement. As long as they're unworn and unused, we'll make you another pair in a different size with the same design. The new size must be within two sizes of your original order, and there is one size exchange per order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can only accept cancellations BEFORE your item goes into production, which is usually just a few hours after ordering. If we cancel in time, you get a full refund. Once we've begun making your pair, we can't cancel it. To request a cancellation, email support@soledesignstudio.com as soon as possible.

Are your products made of real leather?

No — our footwear and bags are made with vegan leather, not animal leather. It gives you the structured, polished look of leather while keeping every piece animal-friendly.

What women's shoe sizes do you offer?

We make women's shoes in sizes 5 through 12. Because each pair is custom-made in your size, we recommend checking our printable women's size chart before ordering so you choose the best fit.

How much is shipping and where do you ship?

Shipping rates are based on the weight and destination of your order, and you'll see the exact rate at checkout before you pay. We ship both within the United States and internationally.

Are your designs really custom and made to order?

Yes. Everything on our site is custom-printed and made to order — we don't hold inventory. You choose the design, we build it in your size. That's why there's a short production window before your order ships.
